Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Flowers & Trees Art Studio. Please read our booking policy before enrolling in any class, workshop, or camp. 1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Class Spots Spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. 3. Cancellation & Refunds Regular Classes: Cancellations made 7 days before the start date may receive studio credit. No refunds once the program begins. Trial Classes: Non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice. Camps & Workshops: Non-refundable within 14 days of the start date. 4. Missed Classes Missed classes are non-refundable. One makeup class may be offered depending on availability. 5. Late Arrival Please arrive on time. Classes begin promptly. 6. Student Pick-Up Parents/guardians must pick up students on time after class. 7. Health & Safety Students who are sick should stay home. 8. Schedule Changes Flowers & Trees Art Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel classes if necessary. 9. Contact Please contact us for any booking questions.
